Flagler Beach's restaurant strip clusters around the pier and A1A, walkable enough to park once and try a few places. Palm Coast spreads out more along the Palm Coast Parkway and Route 1 corridors, so it's more of a drive-to-your-destination town there. Weekends and snowbird season, roughly November through April, tend to be the busiest stretch along the coast, so a reservation or a call ahead isn't a bad idea for the popular spots.
