Flagler Thrive is a local business directory and digital community project created by CoraSuite, designed to help small businesses across Flagler County increase visibility, connect with their community, and grow their brand.
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit content on Flagler Thrive.

We reserve the right to verify ownership before granting access to manage any listing. We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove any listing for any reason.
Premium or Featured Listings include added benefits such as homepage visibility, expanded content, and strategy bonuses. These are billed annually or monthly depending on the plan selected and are non-refundable once paid unless otherwise stated.
For annual plans that include bonus perks (such as blog articles, a Google Business Profile optimization, or a strategy session), any bonuses already delivered at the time of cancellation are considered fulfilled and non-refundable; we'll prorate or address any undelivered bonuses on a case-by-case basis if you contact us.
Flagler Thrive reserves the right to adjust pricing or features with prior notice.
Community members may leave reviews or submit content like blog posts or events. All content must be respectful, relevant, and non-defamatory. We reserve the right to remove or edit content at our discretion. If you believe content on Flagler Thrive is inaccurate, infringing, or violates these terms, contact us at hello@flaglerthrive.com and we'll review your request.
Creating an account on Flagler Thrive allows you to:

Flagler Thrive reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, listing, or feature access for any violation of these terms, misuse of the platform, or harmful behavior to the community.
All branding, logos, design, and original content on Flagler Thrive belong to CoraSuite or its contributors and may not be reproduced without permission. Business owners retain ownership of their logos, photos, and listing content, and grant Flagler Thrive a license to display that content on the site.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Flagler Thrive and CoraSuite are not responsible for:
Use of the site is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flagler Thrive and CoraSuite's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you've paid us, if any, in the preceding 12 months.
