Flagler Thrive is a digital directory and community project created by CoraSuite, designed to support and spotlight local businesses across Flagler County. Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Who We Are

Flagler Thrive is powered by CoraSuite, a business growth platform that provides marketing tools and services to local businesses. All data collected through Flagler Thrive is securely stored and managed by CoraSuite.

2. What We Collect

We may collect the following types of information when you visit our site, fill out forms, or engage with our services:

  • Business information: Name, address, phone number, website, category, and business description
  • Personal contact details: Name, email address, phone number
  • Submitted content: Blog posts, event details, promotions, or updates submitted by you
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device data collected automatically for performance tracking
  • Payment details: If you purchase a Premium Featured Listing, your payment is processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Display your business listing and keep the directory accurate and up to date
  • Improve the user experience of Flagler Thrive
  • Communicate with you about your listing or opportunities related to your business
  • Process payments for paid listings or add-ons
  • Share occasional updates, helpful resources, or marketing opportunities (you can opt out at any time)

We do not sell your data or share your information with third-party advertisers.

4. The Services We Use

To operate Flagler Thrive, we work with the following trusted third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

  • Stripe — payment processing for Featured listings
  • Supabase — secure database storage and account authentication
  • Resend — delivery of account and transactional emails
  • GoHighLevel — customer communications and marketing automation
  • Google Places API — business location and map data

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use two kinds of cookies:

  • Functional/session cookies, which keep you logged into your account. These are required for the site to work and can't be disabled without affecting your ability to log in.
  • Analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics), which help us understand basic site usage anonymously. This data is not linked to individual users, and you can disable these through your browser settings.

6. How We Protect Your Data

Your data is stored in secure systems and protected by standard industry practices. Only authorized team members have access to your information, and we will never share or sell your personal or business data without your consent.

7. Email & SMS Communications

When you provide your email, you may receive communications from Flagler Thrive or CoraSuite related to your listing, local promotions, or community updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email.

If you provide your phone number, you may also receive SMS updates related to your listing or account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account or listing is active, or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account or your listing is removed, we'll delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request that we update or delete your information
  • Withdraw consent from any communication

10. Children's Privacy

Flagler Thrive is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. User Accounts & Community Features

Flagler Thrive offers optional user accounts for community members and business owners who wish to:

  • Save and favorite businesses
  • Leave reviews or feedback on listings
  • Claim and manage one or more business profiles
  • Submit blog posts, events, job listings, and promotions

When creating an account, we may collect your name, email address, and any content you submit. This information is used solely for account management and engagement within the platform.
